The Rotorua property market is holding strong!

While there’s a fairly grim picture being painted of the property market nationally, Rotorua is telling a different story. REINZ figures for the last six months, compared to the same period last year, show a 19% increase in sales activity - and importantly, this has happened while median sale prices and days to sell have stayed relatively consistent.

More properties are selling, but prices remain steady. The $500,000–$800,000 bracket continues to see strong, consistent activity, which is also having a positive flow on effect across other parts of the market.
