But it is important your real estate salesperson takes their time and goes over every chattel with you!🫵

Pre-settlement inspections are a really important step when buying your new home, it’s your final chance to make sure everything’s there and working before settlement day… definitely not something to rush

But again you know who to call if you want it done properly 🫵🏡
