30 years ago there was one real estate listing on the internet, now we can browse over 40,000 properties! First National in Golden Bay was the first company in the Bay to have a property website! So much has changed - one of my Saturday morning jobs 30 years ago was posting out all the “First Choice” property magazines to all the regular “subscribers” in the mail! There was about a hundred each week. We do things a bit different nowadays - posting is in a different format and so are the subscribers!
