Income yields for better quality Auckland industrial properties are holding firm at record low levels, but it's unlikely they'll tighten much further.
Higher value offerings have traditionally sold at higher yields than smaller properties, but that's not always the case now due to the very small supply of bigger offerings being presented for sale.
