7 groups through my open homes over Fathers Day weekend.
One thing I have noticed over the past few weeks are just how serious buyers are.
Numbers are increasing and buyers are seeing competition. Second viewings are bringing multi offers which is a great sign moving into Spring.

DAD’S FAVOURITE PART OF HOME 🏠

Every dad seems to have one part of the house that is unofficially theirs.

The garage.

The BBQ area.

The deck.

The shed.

The kitchen.

Or maybe just one very specific spot on the couch. 😂

So today we asked the Fulton & Co dads:

What’s your favourite part of home?

Here’s what they chose…
Bryan: My garage bench area with my tools and bits and pieces to potter around or in front of the TV watching Super Rugby, particularly the Hurricanes.

Rob: Where ever my kids are, we love being outside, kicking a ball around, or sitting on the living room floor playing a board game.

We sell Hawke’s Bay, but more importantly, we live here too.

So today we asked the dads:

If you had a free afternoon anywhere in Hawke’s Bay, where would we find you?

Beach, golf course, cycle trail, winery, river, backyard or somewhere completely unexpected?

Here’s where our dads would be heading…
Bryan: Sitting on the beach at Bay View with a surf rod in the water. Maybe take the grandson too.
Rob: Either out in the ocean diving, or, front lounge with my 2 fish tanks
