Its awesome to see a house well underway at the Seven Oaks Terraces stage 1 - what a great spot they have! There are still some sections left but get in quick!

Seven Oaks Terraces Stage 2 is complete! There's just some street trees yet to plant in the coming months when the weather is favourable. We are really pleased with how well this stage of the development has turned out. There are some great sites with stunning views out over the village, lake and mountains, but get in quick - there aren't many left!

Exciting news - titles have been issued for Seven Oaks Terraces stage 1! The gates on the Kahikatea Drive extension have now been moved so you are welcome to go on up to Durmast Place and take a look, but be quick, there are only a few sites left!

Hot on the heels of the completion of Seven Oaks Terraces stage 1, construction of stage 2 is already well underway! The lots vary in size from 1ha - 1.6ha and there are only 4 left!!

Its amazing how much progress happens when you're away from site for a while! Stage 1 of the Terraces is only weeks away from being complete, with titles expected by the end of the year - a great Christmas present for the lucky buyers who snapped up some great sections at our Kings Birthday weekend event!

Stunning day today at Seven Oaks Terraces after the storm yesterday! We're getting the site ready for our open days this Saturday and Sunday from 11am - 1pm. Pop on up for a free coffee and Seven Oaks shortbread, and maybe grab yourself a some great deals on a section - price reductions apply for Kings Birthday weekend only!

A lot has been happening at Seven Oaks Terraces so far in 2024! The road has been shaped and a skim of metal put down, the lots are complete to final level and ready for topsoil, all of them with great views of the village, lake and mountains beyond. Finally the stuff that's out of site but equally important - a lot of of sewer and stormwater pipes have gone in the ground!

Watch this space for more information about when the lots will be released to the market, with some large ones up to 1ha in size we expect them to be in demand!
