2. Wagyu cattle continue to gain momentum in Australia due to their superior finishing weights and market returns.

3. Viticulture is on a global decline. This is affecting the viticulture and hop-growing sectors.

4. Data Centers are emerging as a major rural land-use opportunity. Access to water is becoming a key investment driver.

~ F U N F A C T S ~

- I’ve worked with Colliers for just on a year, but this isn’t my first rodeo! I was previously an Office Administrator for Tremains back in 2020 – 2022.

🍸I love an Espresso Martini, the perfect blend of coffee and alcohol rolled in to one!

🐕 I’m always out walking with my three border collies. When we aren’t walking we are playing fetch, always with at least two tennis balls on the go!

🛩 I love to travel, either in NZ or abroad. I’ve ticked off 41 countries with the most revisited being the USA.

📌 My Taupo recommendation is.... 'The Bay Bar and Brasserie at Acacia Bay' - good food at a reasonable price and the staff are great!

📖 Favorite saying? “Sound as a pound”, the British equivalent of ‘good as gold’.

🤠 For music, I like everything from the 70’s and 80s through to rock. But at the moment, I'm going through a country phase.

AI runs on data and Data Centers runs on high-quality water.

Water security is becoming as important as land ownership with the reliability of supply becoming more important than volume.
