🌸 22 days until spring! (Bring on the spring flowers… can’t wait for gardening afternoons).

There’s something about this time of year that gets people thinking about their next move.

The market has been feeling nice and steady lately, with genuine buyers out there and well-presented homes still attracting good interest. And as we get closer to spring, those conversations around buying and selling naturally start to pick up.

For me, real estate isn’t just been about the transaction. For everyday Kiwis, selling a home is a huge decision involving what is often their biggest financial asset — and usually a pretty big life change too.
