Evie studied at the University of Otago, where she completed a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Management with a minor in Psychology. Her interest in numbers and people led her to join the Bayleys Commercial Property Management team in 8 years ago as Finance Manager and Lease Administrator.
From day one, Evie brought a fresh, innovative approach to the role. She quickly found ways to improve systems and processes, helping her team work more efficiently and collaboratively. Her drive and attention to detail soon saw her promoted to Commercial Property Manager.
Now, in a role that combines property management with leadership in finance, Evie wears many hats. She prides herself on delivering a high level of service to her clients, while also guiding the finance team. She’s known for her calm, organised approach, clear communication, and ability to juggle complex tasks without missing a beat.
Based in Tauranga, Evie enjoys life outside the office with her fiancé Sean and their cat, Alfie. Weekends often involve camping trips, nature walks, stargazing, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
