1. Valid photo ID and proof of your address. Utility bills and a passport or a valid driver’s licence are a good way to do this.

2. Proof of your deposit. Bank statements from your savings account, confirmation of KiwiSaver withdrawal, HomeStart Grant approval, or gifting letter.

3. Proof of income. The most recent three months of transactions on your day-to-day account, where your income is deposited. If you’re self-employed, you’ll need your financial statements, preferably through your accountant.

4. 90 days of bank statements for all your accounts (including credit card accounts) that you use to pay your expenses from.

5. The lender will run a credit check, so it’s a good idea to know what your credit report says!

I am so pleased that I went with Ray White, Duncan and Jess are the best team I could have asked for

I found that there set up was great to start with and their planning of open homes they really worked in with me. They were always there if I wanted to ask them anything they were there with answers and help. Their personalities are so friendly and they gave me some great ideas to keep me on the right side of the sale. Such a happy friendly couple it was so easy to get along with them and feel I was the luckly one to have taken them to do this job for me, which they have done so well.
