Hi everyone! I am posting this status because Facebook has informed me that unless I do something soon, it will close this page due to inactivity. I am currently living between New Zealand and Europe, chasing Summer all year around working as a Trip Manager for Contiki both at home and abroad. Great result after a well fought auction where three bidders threw their hats in the ring... 28 bids later, the hammer fell! A great price for our sellers and the buyers are happy to have added this property to their portfolio ahead of Christmas. Congratulations all! Thanks for working with the successful buyer. A great outcome in the auction room recently with the sale of 106 Coopers Road selling under the hammer! Here is what the vendors had to say about their experience:

Not a bad result today in the EVES auction room for our awesome vendors at 12 Henderson Crescent. They were stoked to achieve a SOLD sticker with an under the hammer sale, as they move on from the house they built all the way back in 1961. Congratulations to the buyers. A huge shout out to Georgia Rattray Real Estate, my right hand! And of course to Ranjit Singh - EVES Real Estate, Tauranga for working with the buyers to get them into their new home!

I was extremely privileged to take the win at the 2023 REINZ National Auctioneering Championships in the Rising Stars Division. Here are a few of the moments that led me to secure the top spot on the day!

On Tuesday I competed in the REINZ National Auctioneering Competition. The bar was set very high in the Rising Stars Division, with 21 other aspiring auctioneers from around the country competing for the title... I am absolutely privileged and humbled to announce that I won first place!

Special thanks to my mentor, EVES Auction Manager Grant Child, EVES Auctioneer Jordan Sievwright (who secured a spot in the open division finals) and the wider EVES team for their support. Also to runner up winner, Nathan Canton, and of course, to Jen Baird the REINZ CEO who gave a stellar performance in the same event, netting third place.

Today is the day! Today I compete in the Rising Stars Division of the REINZ 2023 Auctioneering Championships. I am the 15th competitior of 22 of us and I will be on at approximately 12.00pm (sometime between 11.45am and 12.30pm).
