This year’s Ladies Long Lunch supporting was so much fun and a huge success! It was our best fundraising effort yet, with a whopping $8404 raised.

"So, what's happening in the market?"

In April, Pyes Pa saw a consistent volume of sales being done year on year, ranging from entry level right into the higher end and lifestyle market. It's interesting to note that over 10% of the local sales in the last three months have exceeded $1.5m, according to REINZ.

Pyes Pa properties have taken slightly longer to sell than the Tauranga median of 42 days, and numbers through the open homes were significantly lower than some other suburbs. However, the calibre and motivation of those looking to purchase remains strong with results under the hammer at auction and multiple offers on some homes.

If you're waiting to see what happens later in the year before making buying or selling decisions, remember that interest rates are looking likely to rise, which typically means mortgage payments rise and borrowing power decreases.

Join us for our annual Ladies Long Lunch Fundraiser in support of Shocking Pink, taking place on 8th May.

This special afternoon is all about raising funds for a wonderful cause — supporting young women through breast cancer. Hosted by EVES The Lakes and Westpac Tauriko at the Tauranga Club, it promises to be a fun and memorable event!
