Pre-settlement Inspection

Once you've signed the sales and purchase agreement you'll be entitled to carry out an inspection of the property before settlement. This lets you check the property is in the same condition as when the contract was signed. If any damage has occurred since signing the contract, you can ask for compensation or repairs before settling.
