Market update

• A few statistics worthy of knowing … Nationally the median sale price year on year rose 1.4% and locally 1.7% in the Bay of Plenty.
• The days to sell nationally are at 39 and locally they are 39, historic 10 year average being 38 days so we are well on track here.
• Sales volume is up Nationally 8.1% year on year and if we hone down a bit and highlight just Tauranga City we are up 5.4% (271 sales) when comparing to December 2025.

These numbers are great as we lead into the busiest selling months being February – April as we close out the warmer weather.
