Happy New Year to my clients and colleagues.

I was going to talk about how my Dad loved fireworks and then I thought NO I need to tell you about me.

After some soul searching and deliberating I have decided to leave the Real Estate industry. It has been an amazing three years but I now feel that it is time for me and have decided to join the ranks of the employed. I have taken a position at the AA (not alcoholics anonymous) and start this week.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my clients and colleagues for their support and friendship. Please don't be strangers, I am not going far.

I will continue to work in the real estate industry on a casual basis doing referral work so I am still available if you need any help.

Again a big thank you to everyone who has been on my journey for the past three years and have a safe and happy new year.

The latest stats from The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand show 331 sales for the BOP in November. Tauranga had a median sale price of $860,000 for November, a 3.6% increase on the month prior. The Mount and Papamoa showed median days on the market at 45, 3 days less than the month prior. Rotorua's median days on the market for November were 40, 9 days less than the month prior.

EVES are giving back to the community this holiday season by donating food and toiletries to families in need. We also welcome all contributions to our donation. You can drop off your donation of food or toiletries to any of our Tauranga, Rotorua, Katikati or Waihi offices by 5pm, Wednesday 7th December.

For several years now I have donated food to the Foodbank just prior to Xmas. Since being a part of the EVES team I have been able to leave my donation at the office. It is a great feeling and I feel like I am giving back to the community if only in a small way. If you can't get to one of our office's I would be happy to pick up your donation. PM me.
