Today I had the privilege in attending a workshop hosted by Sam Clarke of ResponseRise. ResponseRise equipped our team of Property Managers and Real Estate Sales Agents with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to manage certain incidents effectively and to prioritise our safety. You never know who (or what) you are going to meet, when doing something like door knocking/cold calls etc.

Sam made us think about these situations and how to best handle potential conflict or threats (with humans or dogs). He certainly did a great job and has given me lots to think about.
