Century 21 Te Aroha

Century 21 Te Aroha Century 21 Te Aroha your local real estate experts, specialising in residential, lifestyle, rural and property management. Jenny is also a salesperson.

Century 21 Countrywide Real Estate has been established in Te Aroha for over 20 years making it the longest serving Real Estate Company in town. We are a relatively small office of three people based in a similarly small town in the eastern Waikato with a population of approx 4000 people. It would be fair to say that for most of that time our office has been the leading Real Estate company in the

town especially in the last four or five years where it has achieved a market share averaging over 70% of the sales. Over the years both the office and staff have won numerous awards with the highlight being awarded top Century 21 office in New Zealand for 2003. Complementing this were salespersons’ Jenny Nickel and Wayne Heron again making the top 21 (out of over 400) sales people in NZ, receiving Centurion awards (for high volume sales based on a worldwide criteria) and also making the multimillion dollar club. Office front person Marise is local born and bred with years of administration knowledge. The office is currently managed by Jenny Nickel. A local, born and raised on a farm with extensive retail experience and over 17 years in the Real Estate Industry.

TE AROHA IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE :)..........

Te Aroha is the smallest centre in the Matamata-Piako District with only 3,768 people, but it makes up for it with character. A beautiful historic spa town, Te Aroha is nestled at the base of Mount Te Aroha.

Famous for its natural hot springs, Te Aroha is home to world’s only hot soda water geyser. Within the beautifully restored Edwardian Domain are the Te Aroha Mineral Spas, the Te Aroha Leisure Pools, and the 1898 Cadman Bath House, which now houses the Te Aroha and Districts Museum.

The mountain backdrop provides a range of activities for the explorer, from walking and tramping tracks to mountain biking, or for the less adventurous, the township offers a range of unique shops and some excellent cafes and bars or simply relax and enjoy the stunning environment, surrounded by serene bush.

Take a heritage trail and learn more about the town’s rich history, and some of the buildings and structures that give the town such unique character.

Just out of town, the Kopuatai Peat Dome is the only true peat dome/restaid bog remaining intact in New Zealand. As well as the largest remaining freshwater wetland left in the North Island, it is the best example of its kind in New Zealand, and supports a vegetation type unique to the world.
