Century 21 Countrywide Real Estate has been established in Te Aroha for over 20 years making it the longest serving Real Estate Company in town. We are a relatively small office of three people based in a similarly small town in the eastern Waikato with a population of approx 4000 people. It would be fair to say that for most of that time our office has been the leading Real Estate company in the town especially in the last four or five years where it has achieved a market share averaging over 70% of the sales. Over the years both the office and staff have won numerous awards with the highlight being awarded top Century 21 office in New Zealand for 2003. Complementing this were salespersons’ Jenny Nickel and Wayne Heron again making the top 21 (out of over 400) sales people in NZ, receiving Centurion awards (for high volume sales based on a worldwide criteria) and also making the multimillion dollar club. Office front person Marise is local born and bred with years of administration knowledge. The office is currently managed by Jenny Nickel. A local, born and raised on a farm with extensive retail experience and over 17 years in the Real Estate Industry.
