Gorgeous natural stone and pebble pathway we recently completed in West Auckland.
Love these paver and pebble jobs, we’ve got them really locked down.
Super proud of the team for this one. It’s not a massive job but it’s the fine workmanship I’m most impressed with.
The team have learned our company standards, and they know that if it’s not right then we are going to be uplifting and correcting it.
It’s the simple things like:
✅ Doing the maths to calculate even spacings between each tile. (Or customising it suit the clients stride length of each step when walking)
✅ Getting a solid compacted base so they won’t shift or sink over time
✅ Establishing the correct heights so it’s perfectly flat. (If you’re in the industry, you know what I’m talking about. Screeding gap 7 is a work of art and requires a lot of patience lol)
Too often we see the ‘cheaper’ guys laying pavers on top of weedmat with no proper base preparation, this leads to pavers becoming wobbly, moving position and can even be a dangerous trip hazard. Really gets on my nerves.
But sometimes doing it properly is expensive so it can be a catch 22 when weighing up the options.
We like to do things properly, helps us sleep at night.
If you’ve got a path that needs re doing or you’d like to build one then we’d love the opportunity to take on the job.
Get in touch and let’s discuss options and pricing.
Cheers and thanks for reading. 🙏
