Staying cool in summer starts with good design 🌿

Homes at Waipiko Landing are thoughtfully designed with orientation, insulation and airflow in mind, helping interiors stay comfortable through summer and beyond.

Natural light, shading and energy-efficient features all work together to reduce heat gain and support everyday comfort. It’s about homes that work with the seasons, not against them.

A neighbourhood centre designed for everyday life 🌿

At the heart of Waipiko Landing, we’re proposing a local neighbourhood centre where daily life can unfold with ease.

The vision includes a welcoming café for morning coffees, catch-ups and post-school treats, alongside a purpose-built childcare centre supporting local families close to home.

Framed by landscaped green spaces and a play area, the centre is designed to be more than just a place to visit – it’s a place to linger. Somewhere neighbours can meet, kids can play, and the community can naturally come together.

It’s all part of our long-term vision for Waipiko Landing: creating a connected, walkable neighbourhood with the essentials woven into everyday life.

Indicative design only.
