How are we in August already?! ๐Ÿ„

Bit of a throwback to the end of the season.

I figured I'd have caught my breath by now, but it's been all go... and that's just the way I like it.

Plenty happening, plenty of stock on the move, and always good catching up with familiar faces along the way.

Popping the stock hat on for a minute ๐Ÿ„

I'm planning ahead for the 2027 season and have a few buyers on the hunt for quality dairy herds, particularly larger numbers.

If selling your herd has been on your mind, or you know someone who's thinking about it, give me a bell. Always happy to have a chat and see if I can help.

Every property tells a story... and 53 Hairini Road certainly did. ๐ŸŒฟ

โœ”๏ธ Huge open day turnouts.
โœ”๏ธ Multiple offers.
โœ”๏ธ Genuine buyers ready to act.

It's a great reminder that there are still plenty of active buyers in today's market.

Good properties, marketed well and priced right, are still getting strong attention. When the right property hits the market, buyers are prepared to move quickly.

If you've been sitting on the fence about selling, don't let the headlines make the decision for you. Every property is different, and this sale is proof that the right strategy still gets people through the gate.

If you're curious about what your property could achieve, let's have a chat.

Another day, another pair of boots. ๐ŸŒฟ

Most days are spent out on the road, walking properties, catching up with clients, looking at stock, and having the odd coffee that turns into a half-hour yarn.

The best way to understand a property is to get out and walk it. Every farm is different, and you notice things you simply can't see from the driveway or in the photos.

The layout.
The contour.
The infrastructure.

And yes... you get pretty good at stepping over a few tapes along the way!

SOLD | 53 Hairini Road, Kihikihi ๐Ÿšœ

Safe to say this property caught a few people's attention!

A short, sharp campaign, plenty of interest, massive open day turnouts, and multiple offers made for a pretty exciting few weeks.

A huge thank you to my vendors for putting their trust in me. It's been a pleasure working alongside you and achieving such a great result.

And a big congratulations to the young family who are the proud new owners. I'm sure you'll make a lifetime of memories in this beautiful property.

Thinking of selling? I'd love to have a chat about how we can get the best result for you and your property.

Why do I love living and working in the Waikato?

Well, here's something you might not know...

The Waikato produces over a quarter of New Zealand's milk, making it one of the country's most important farming regions.

Our climate allows quality pasture to grow for much of the year, creating an efficient, grass-based farming system that's recognised around the world.

But what really makes the Waikato special isn't just the land.
It's the people behind it.

The knowledge that's been passed down through generations, the resilience to keep going through the tough seasons, and the pride they take in what they do.

That's why I'm proud to live, work and work alongside rural families across the Waikato.
