Timaru Rentals is growing, and we’re looking for an Assistant Property Manager.
We're on the lookout for a motivated, detail-loving Property Management Assistant to support our small team in delivering exceptional service to property owners and tenants.
We are a small residential property management company that's been operating successfully in Timaru for the past 20 years. Known for our professional, process-driven approach, we're committed to making property investment a hassle-free experience for our clients.
Most of the work is during standard weekday hours – hours & days to be discussed. We envisage this role would initially be 15 – 20 hours per week.
What will your day-to-day look like?
• Attending and reporting on routine property inspections
• Communicating with tenants and owners by phone and email
• Advertising properties and coordinating viewings
• Supporting the wider team with general admin and follow-up
