ANOTHER SOLD | 133 ELIZABETH DRIVE 🏡

This sale feels a little bittersweet.

I originally sold this home to my vendors when they relocated to Tokoroa in 2022, and now I’ve had the privilege of selling it for them as they take their next step and make the move back home up north.

Tokoroa was always part of the journey towards eventually getting back home, so while I’m genuinely sad to see them go, it’s pretty special to see that plan come together. I couldn’t be happier for them and wish them all the very best for this next chapter. 💛

And a huge congratulations to my purchasers on buying their first home! After moving away from the area a couple of years ago, they were ready to come home, and it has certainly been a journey to get here.

There have been plenty of trips back to Tokoroa along the way, so I’m so happy we’ve managed to find them a home that suits them down to the ground.

One family heading home, and another coming home. I think that makes this sale just that little bit more special. 🏡💛

This one was an emotional journey for my vendors, with this much loved family home being offered to the market for the very first time.

There are a lot of memories tied to this home, so while there is some relief that the sale is now complete, there is also sadness as it marks the end of an era. 💛
