We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and people-focused Personal Assistant to support a busy real estate salesperson based in our Turangi office. This newly created role is designed to provide administrative, marketing and client care support, enabling the salesperson to focus on her core strengths: appraising, listing and selling properties, and building lifelong relationships with clients.
Our ideal candidate will be the sort that naturally thinks ahead, takes initiative and ensures that important tasks are completed consistently and professionally every time. This role is not simply about administration, it is about helping build structure, efficiency, consistency and an unbeatable client experience.
We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, creative in their approach, highly motivated and who genuinely enjoys being part of a busy, high-performing team.
This role is approximately 15- 20 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday (office based).
