Another sold!!! 58 The Crescent, Waihi Beach. Just 4 weeks of open homes, but with the seaviews this property boasts, it wasn't going to stay around long!

A huge congratulations to my vendors and purchasers!

These vendors were such a delight to work with. 439 Seaforth Road was their beloved holiday home for many years. It was the last sale they will ever make and I feel incredibly privileged to end their property journey with such a happy experience.

I bought them pottery made from Waihi Beach sand, purchased from and they loved them. They will cherish them as reminders of their beautiful years in Bowentown.

What a special part of peoples lives I get to be a part of!

❤️ ❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
