***XMAS UPDATE***

“ Consenting is well underway with the NDP (Neighbourhood Development Plan) and is due to be lodged in February. Our Stage 1 Resource Consent is due in March/April 2023.

The design for stages 1, 2 and 3 has been completed and how these stages will work with the Wetland, reserve open space and walkway / cycleways. Storm water modeling has been completed and how the treatment of Storm Water will work through the whole development. A full site geotechnical testing and assessment has been completed with greaty results.

The new access road is in for consent and will be under construction in May / June 2023. This will be the entry road into the Harakeke Heights development and will continue through to the Ngarara Road over bridge linking the development back into Waikanae”.
