Having spent a holiday in Italy, when I do get to make homemade pasta which isn’t very often, it brings back all those wonderful memories of Tuscany, antipasto platters, prosecco, historic villages, Cinque Terre and many other wonderful places we visited but the pasta was something else. Rich, silky & the sauces that made it so amazingly tasty. My attempt today was flawed, with losing the clamp which made rolling a challenge but we got there although it took longer, we are having pasta for dinner tonight

SOLD - So thrilled for my owners who have been remarkably patient and confident in my ability to get them a sale. They understood the importance of having superior digital marketing, along with print media and having the homes presented so well for opens and private viewings made the job that much easier. 63 days on the market, signed contract 14 days ago, a total of 20 viewings, information sent to 18 prospective buyers, 19 phone calls made to respond to inquiries, 23 emails sent, 5 open homes, 5 private viewings and matched to the data base at the beginning of the campaign all led to the successful sale of this outstanding lifestyle property at Country Lane.
Congratulations to the buyers who I am sure are going to love it and when they wake up to those views every day they will think they have hit the jack pot.
