After April's holiday slowdown, Auckland's rental market bounced back in May, with stronger renter activity and increased property enquiries.

📈 Key highlights:
• Rental enquiries up 8.8% from April and 29.5% year-on-year
• Viewing attendance increased 10.6%
• 642 properties let, up 2.6% from May last year
• Average Auckland rent sits at $697.42 per week, up just 0.8% year-on-year
