Many of you out there know that Harcourts Waitara run a very well oiled Property Management portfolio, have done now for over 30 years, but some think we are just purely a successful Real Estate office!
I thought it time to share some of our success over the last year in which I’m very proud of!
I’m very lucky to have a great support crew of two very awesome woman, Heleena Simpson and Gaye Rattenbury in the Property Management dept, along with two very supportive sales agents, Mandi Jane and Paige, and of course my wonderful husband Mark cheering on in the background!

The 2025/2026 year we were excited to receive an award through Tenancy Practice Services for Small Franchise Office/Lower North Island RTA HEALTHY HOMES EXCELLENCE!
Heleena, Gaye, Mark and myself went to Wellington to the awards evening and we were so surprised to come away with 3rd place 🥉
Following that Mark and I went to Wellington in February to Harcourts quarterly awards and I came away with Top Property Manager in the Wellington Region 1st Place for October - December 2025
We returned again to Wellington in May to the End of Year Awards and I came away with Top Property Manager in the Wellington Region for the 2025/2026 year.
To say that was a very proud moment is an understatement and I’m so very thankful for my great team who are 100% part of this award

The Wellington region covers off right up to Taranaki, including Manawatu, Wanganui, over to Napier,Waipukurau and all those towns in between, it’s a large catchment with some large property management teams.
