Wendy Pearson - Welcome Real Estate I have been selling real estate in the Nelson area since 2007. My family and I lived in Wakefield for 12 years, with my children attending the local school.

We provide a unique and refreshing approach to real estate and believe our relationship with our clients is the most important thing in achieving the best result. I specialise in the Wakefield area but also successfully sell properties in other areas, from Murchison through to Atawhai. I have a special affinity with the community and my office is based in the village. I take pride in sponsoring many Wakefield events such as the Wakefield school gala, the football club, the Toy Library and the Golf Club to name a few οΏ½ I have long supported the local monthly magazine Window on Wakefield. Whilst I specialize in selling properties in and around Wakefield, my real estate work also takes me into Brightwater, Richmond, the Tasman countryside, and through to Nelson. My success in sales in other industries prior to working in real estate has given me proven skills that I can apply when working to sell your property, ensuring the best possible result for you.
