With in-depth experience and knowledge of the local Wanaka area for over a decade, I hold special appreciation for my home among the lakes and mountains. Quickly after moving here, I immersed myself in the community spirit, where I was involved in helping set up the first Wanaka Youth Club, leading the annual Matariki celebrations, being part of and organising the Wanaka Pantomimers, running the a
nnual Wanakafest parade and taking on any opportunities I could in community trusts, projects and events. This experience ensures I know what makes the community tick and why it is so special to my clients. A natural people-person, I am great at listening and taking on board what my clients want, having spent 20 years in Youth work and Social work. The transition into real estate seemed like a natural progression and the perfect way of helping my clients achieve their property goals and what better way to meet even more members of this beautiful place I call home. I believe the key to success and delivering results is understanding what the ideal outcome is for my clients based on their aspirations. With a wealth of experience in the social service sector, problem solving is something I am passionate about, being able to think on my feet and resolve any issues quickly and with little fuss. After years of negotiating with teenagers, managing large groups and leading projects, I will bring friendliness, honesty and integrity into your real estate transaction backed with my desire for getting the best possible outcome for all those I have transactions with, and of course making them smile. You won’t be disappointed with my compassionate approach: for someone who puts you first, understands your requirements and values your goals to help you get exactly what you need, when you need it.
