A huge congratulations to Matt and his team at the RMBA House of the Year southern awards.

Two Sheds was awarded Gold and the Environmental and Sustainable award. Judges noting 'true craftsmanship' making the home a thoughtful and deserving winner. We'd have to agree - the team put everything into the build and created a true legacy in this home.

These are our leaders, mentors, organisers, problem solvers, master craftsmen, occasional miracle workers - and the most passionate group of builders you could wish for.

Dragged off the building site and in front of the camera - they look pretty fresh for over 160 years of combined experience!

The 2026 Challenge Wānaka triathlon - what a race!!

Nail biting to the very end, the local teams competition was on fire! There's definitely something in the water here in Wānaka, with 18 teams racing and some blistering times across every stage.

Massive congratulations to Breen Construction for taking out the corporate trophy. Dunlop Builders came in a very happy second, and were joined again on the podium by the legends at Kinisi Running in third. Race sponsor Gallagher Insurance weren't far behind either.

Bryce joined the team with a second place in age category.

Well done to everyone who took part! We loved the fantastic sportsmanship across the entire field, from the first to the final athlete across the line - thanks for putting on a brilliant show for all of us on the sidelines.

It just about goes without saying now but...we'll see you all at the start line again next year!
