The first step to a successful tenancy is to find a property through a reputable letting agent. Be expected by the Landlord to take up appropriate references and check on payment history if you have rented a property previously

During the tenancy (if managed by ourselves) we will need access for routine management visits that we carry out on behalf of the Landlord. We will also require access should any maintenance or repairs that may have been requested by you as the tenant need to be carried out. This week our Ray White Northland Property Management team headed to the Ray White Whangārei office for a full day of training, connection and industry learning and what a great day it was!

Property management is an ever-changing industry, and we believe staying informed, sharing knowledge and continually developing our skills is a really important part of delivering a great service. 💛

The day was packed with industry updates, great discussions, new ideas and plenty of opportunities to look at what we’re doing, what’s changing, and how we can continue to do things even better.

A huge thank you to the legend Zac Snelling from Ray White Head Office for sharing his knowledge, insights and experience with us*

We also finished the day with an important compliance session alongside the team from All Clear, covering:

* Healthy Homes Standards
* The latest updates around m**h testing and requirements
