Some sales take a little longer... but that doesn't make them any less rewarding.

This property first came to the market last year and, like many homes, felt the effects of a quieter market. After a while, the process understandably became a little overwhelming for my wonderful vendor, so together we made the decision to pause over winter and give everyone a chance to reset.

What a way to start the week! 🙌 On the first day back for Term 3, everyone was on the job this afternoon helping put up the For Sale sign. Connor and Reggie were keen to have a turn with the staple gun😅, while Stella 🐶 took her role as site supervisor very seriously. I'm pretty lucky to have such a great team.

888 days. That’s how long this section sat on the market — and not once did our incredible vendors lose faith in the process, or in us. For that, we are so grateful ❤️

Selling land in a small town isn’t always quick. Sometimes it takes patience, perseverance, and trusting that eventually the right person will come along and see the vision ✨

And after a long journey… they finally did.
