Some sales take a little longer... but that doesn't make them any less rewarding.

This property first came to the market last year and, like many homes, felt the effects of a quieter market. After a while, the process understandably became a little overwhelming for my wonderful vendor, so together we made the decision to pause over winter and give everyone a chance to reset.

Sometimes, timing really is everything. 💙❤️

A lovely couple who had been pursuing another property unexpectedly found themselves back on the search when that sale didn't go ahead. We quietly relaunched 39 Victoria Street, and today we were celebrating with a SOLD sticker on the sign. 🥳

A huge congratulations to my lovely vendor, who can now move forward with confidence, and to the excited purchasers, who are not only upgrading into their new home but also getting married in just a few weeks. What an exciting season of new beginnings! 💍🏡

What a way to start the week! 🙌 On the first day back for Term 3, everyone was on the job this afternoon helping put up the For Sale sign. Connor and Reggie were keen to have a turn with the staple gun😅, while Stella 🐶 took her role as site supervisor very seriously. I'm pretty lucky to have such a great team.

888 days. That’s how long this section sat on the market — and not once did our incredible vendors lose faith in the process, or in us. For that, we are so grateful ❤️

Selling land in a small town isn’t always quick. Sometimes it takes patience, perseverance, and trusting that eventually the right person will come along and see the vision ✨

And after a long journey… they finally did.

This special piece of Waverley has officially SOLD, and we couldn’t be happier for our vendors after such a long road together.
