Lots of numbers, but it reflects the flat market we are in. No surprises here unfortunately. Just the way it is at the bottom of the market and in election year - so expect some volatility with further property price drops and increases. Good property still sells for good prices.

First home buyer activity is up, as the residential property market turned to a "buyers market". Wow! People have to be diligent toward maintaining their mortgage. It is a fair expectation their mortgage lender - with much greater resources - do the same. Or be penalised.

The bank has lost in its High Court battle against borrowers.
