The Ngāmotu House redevelopment managed by Egmont Dixon demanded a unique project management approach to align with Te Atiawa's vision. Partnering with local contractors Clelands Construction and Boon Architects, the scope included strengthening, asbestos removal, roof/window replacement, façade upgrade, and tenancy fitouts across six floors.
Egmont Dixon's involvement extended beyond traditional project management, starting early with feasibility and land acquisition services. The fitout phase required managing individual consents for each floor, involving coordination with various contractors and stakeholders, aligning with Te Kotahitanga o Te Atiawa's vision.
The attention to detail at all stages has helped to make Ngāmotu House a beautiful flagship building for Te Kotahitanga o Te Atiawa and other organisations to call home.
