HX Conference this week was pretty special. From hearing some incredible speakers and catching up with great people from across the country, there was plenty to take away.

But watching Jack compete in the auctioneering competition and take out Auctioneer of the Year was by far the highlight of the week.

I know how much work goes on behind the scenes, so seeing it all come together was pretty awesome.
