How many people who book to view a Rental Property make it to the viewing? 🤔 Some Residential Rental stats for you this Tuesday .

Only 44% of people who booked a rental property viewing showed up this past week. 21% cancelled their appointment. Unfortunately 35% of people didn't turn up or cancel.

If you have a property with 5 or more bedrooms, bring a friend, as you will be keeping yourself company at viewings. There is such a small enquiry level for larger properties.

Whereas 1, 2,3 or 4 bedroom property for rent have good numbers of people enquiring and viewing.
