We've known Elena since 2017, when she was scouting in our neighbourhood. Since then, we had an aborted attempt to sell/downsize in 2020. Following that, we had some repairs done and had no hesitation in asking her again in 2025 to help us try to sell again. With a monolith home, we know it's been quite a difficult home to market.
Throughout the sales process, though, Elena has been amazing, consistently calm and empathetic, knowledgeable and thorough, professional and on top of her game, and resolute. We've always found her communication excellent, helpful and considered. Also, she kept good notes of clients who viewed our property, keeping us informed and following up with those who showed any interest.

Elena recommended the best way to sell our property. During the process, her communications, both verbal and written, were always timely and factual. The selling price Elena achieved for us was much more than our greatest expectation.

Her genuine and personal dealings with us, as 'a couple of worriers', were just magnificent. Elena is, without any doubt, an exceptional professional in every respect. Debbie, her colleague, was instrumental too in achieving the best price.

Elene Murashev of Ray White Real Estate was my first choice for selling an apartment in Old Saint Paul's, Wellington.

The best agent was the one who had an interest in the block and was knowledgeable. She has sold almost all of the apartments in OSPs.

In addition to having an encyclopaedic knowledge of OSP, I found Elena to be thorough, good and reliable in her communications, accurate in all her work, and trustworthy.

And more importantly for me, Elelna would go the extra mile on every occasion that something needed attending to or doing.

Elena was an easy, pleasant person to work with. I would happily engage her again as a real estate agent.

I happily recommend her to any prospective seller.
