Recognising the importance of property ownership as a means to long term stability and financial security, Ramon purchased his first home at the age of 19 and is now taking every opportunity in his chosen profession to assist others achieve the same results. sures that this can create and how best to alleviate these pressures through good product knowledge. Ramon has had a background in the hospitality industry as a qualified Chef and he has worked in the mining industry at the world’s largest LNG plant – The Gorgon Gas project for 4 years before returning to New Zealand to pursue a career in real estate. His early training in real estate has come through attendance at the training academy of Barfoot and Thompson Ltd; Auckland’s largest and most successful real estate company and latterly, through working alongside Wellington and Tommy’s real estate icon Tommy Heptinstall. Tommy has freely passed on the benefits of his vast real estate experience to Ramon and has been pivotal in Ramon’s venture into real estate sales. Ramon is proud to be a representative of Tommy’s Real Estate Ltd at their Wellington City Office particularly as his chosen company has recently been awarded “top office” for New Zealand for volume of sales. Ramon has made a sizeable contribution to Tommy’s figures in his first year which he attributes to the company culture and profile and of course to his own ability in assisting his clients in meeting their long and short term real estate objectives. Ramon looks forward to assisting home buyers and sellers anywhere in the Wellington area and to establishing solid long term business relationships with them.
