My awesome colleague Georgia is taking part in a fundraiser for the rainbow community. This is her email sent to us today....

First of all I want to say a big THANK YOU! 💗
I do not take for granted how lucky I am to have a safe and supportive space here.

As I mentioned in the meeting, more than half of our rainbow whanau experience mental illness, and one in five rainbow youth have attempted su***de.

As a small recap - this fundraising is for "Sweat with Pride" held by the Burnett Foundation Aotearoa to support rainbow kiwis.
I will be sweatin' 30+ mins every day this June to raise funds for life-changing mental, physical, and sexual health services for people who really need it.

Even a small donation makes a genuine difference, and I've already had to update my fundraising goal... (what??!)
