🤍 Some people come into your business... and leave a mark that lasts forever.
When Liesl took a leap of faith to come and work with Ace and I, we knew she'd be a great fit. What we didn't realise was just how much of an impact she would have.
Over the past year and a half, she's been one of Ground Up Homes' greatest assets.
She's helped turn the chaos into calm, created systems and processes that have helped shape Ground Up into the business it is today, and has been there through every challenge, every milestone, and every exciting step along the way. She's never just been an employee, she's been part of building the foundations of who we are.
Now it's time for her next adventure... becoming a Mum. 💛
While we're going to miss seeing her in the office every day, this isn't really goodbye. Being a family business means she's not going far. We'll still get to watch her step into motherhood, spoil our brand-new niece, and make plenty more memories together, just outside the office instead of inside it.
Liesl, thank you for believing in us, growing with us, and pouring so much of yourself into Ground Up Homes. We couldn't be more grateful for everything you've done, and we're so excited to watch you become the amazing mum we already know you'll be.
Enjoy every cuddle, every sleepless night (yes, even those!), every first smile, and every precious milestone. This next chapter is going to be your best one yet. 🤍👶
