A few reminders when you are charging lithium-ion batteries for mobile phones, power banks, laptops, e-bikes, e-scooters and anything else with these batteries:

Use the correct charger and batteries
Don’t leave batteries unattended while charging – unplug them when leaving the apartment
Don’t charge items in the halls or doorways of the apartment – make sure exits are clear
Keep batteries out of direct sunlight, and away from moisture.

These simple steps will help keep you and your fellow residents safe, and prevent fires for which you may be liable for the insurance excess.

Welcome back and if you have just arrived, welcome to your new home for the next 12 months. Hopefully you might stay longer. Did you know our longest staying tenants have just moved after being here for over 10 years! Every year, each tenant is required to confirm awareness and understanding of the health and safety requirements at the complex.
