Some homes stay with you.

7A Aranui Street was one of those for me - I remember seeing it online and wishing I was the one selling it. Not long after, I was.

It wasnā€™t easy - exceptional views, five flights of internal stairs, and a shift between past positioning and todayā€™s market meant this home needed the right buyer, not just any buyer.

I found that buyer, and today is settlement day. Congratulations to both the buyer and vendors as they move on to their next chapter.
