That’s my signage… in a skip bin.

Maybe a little dramatic - but a pretty accurate snapshot of where things are at right now (the branded magnetic shopping lists are still up for debate - or donation 😅).

While I am throwing out my signs and personal stationary, what I’m definitely not throwing out are the lessons from the past five years.

Real estate toughens you up - fast. It’s sharpened my sales skills, built resilience, grit and taught me to take ownership. No hiding, no excuses - the buck stops with you.

It’s also pushed me (still a work in progress) to step away from being a total people pleaser.

Not every deal is worth it. Not every client is the right fit.

Sometimes the strongest move is to walk away - whether that’s unrealistic expectations, misaligned values, or simply protecting your time and energy. And while I might not get it right every time… I’m getting better at it.

I’ve met incredible people along the way - mentors, colleagues, clients - and even the challenging ones have shaped me. Every experience has helped build stronger judgment, clearer boundaries, and a deeper sense of who I am as a sales professional.

Grateful for the growth, the grit, and the lessons.
