ROOM AVAILABLE – DARCH POINT, REOTAHI

I don’t normally do flatmate rentals BUT… because it’s the amazing Aaron from Smylie Plumbing & Gas, who is generally my SOS when there’s a plumbing nightmare at one of my rentals, I said I’d make an exception!

Aaron has a huge 24sqm room with its own private bathroom available in his home at Darch Point, Reotahi.

You’ll have shared use of the:
• Kitchen & living areas
• Spa pool
• Large outdoor deck

You’ll be sharing the house with Aaron, Jett the dog 🐶 and Ellie the cat 🐱, so being an animal lover is pretty much essential!

$250 per week for one person
A couple would also be considered, with rent adjusted accordingly.

Whangārei Heads Rentals is a boutique property management business because I want to actually know the properties I manage and the people connected to them.

➡️ I want to know when something doesn't seem right.

➡️ I want my landlords to know exactly who is looking after their investment.

➡️ And I want my tenants to know that when there is a genuine problem, there is a real person at the other end who knows them and knows the property.

For me, being smaller isn't a limitation it’s one of the key strengths I can offer.

Sometimes it's finding someone to mow the lawns.

🔧Sometimes it's organising a Tradie, buying a smoke alarm, sorting out curtains or blinds, finding someone to deal with pests, or simply getting over to a property because something needs sorting out. 🆘

A lot of my landlords don't live locally, so I become their person on the ground.
If something needs doing, I don't spend too much time worrying about whether it's technically in my job description - I just work out how to get it done as soon as possible.

👌That's the kind of property management service I believe landlords should have.

I know my landlords. I know my tenants. And I know the properties I manage.
Because this is my business, not simply my job, every property matters to me personally.
