It's not solely about closing deals, though Luke is pleased to see the sold sticker go up. The real focus lies in establishing trustworthy and transparent relationships with clients by dedicating extra time to inform them about property values, (we weren’t casing out houses in the village last week I was showing him what local properties had sold for) the sales process, and enabling them to confidently deal with lawyers, and make informed decisions through building inspections and asking the right questions.
