Set behind communal gates is a beautiful but unpretentious, sought-after enclave of private homes with heart. This generously proportioned, single level home is barely seen from the others but oozes confidence, practical elegance and a lifestyle that might be more accessible than you thought possible. Whether you are keen in the garden or wanting to lock up and leave; big on family buzz or seeking close-to-nature calm, this home really does cater for all.

Here's a different kind of retirement...

Village life but owning your own title (not just a licence to occupy) means your equity is YOURS when it comes time to sell.

This charming 2 bedroom unit has been tastefully renovated and is in tip top condition. Featuring 2 bedrooms, a modern kitchen, wet room shower and separate toilet, all you would expect from a home unit is here plus the many benefits of ownership within Marian Heights Village. With just one attached
neighbour, it is sunny, quiet, private and secure and a great base for a lock and leave (or stay) lifestyle. For those aged 55+ it is an option worthy of consideration.

More information is available on application. Curious? I'm keen to help!

The owners have lived here for years and set it up for comfortable, low effort living. Big views from the kitchen sink are a feature and the new bathroom has pushed future renovation well down the to-do list.

This is a great opportunity to secure a tidy, well-loved home in a popular part of Whangārei. Take the first step to making it yours by calling Shane today.

Common and boring? Anything but!

The vendors will miss this amazing spot in one of Whangārei's most under appreciated locations. Magnificent views, plenty of sunshine and distinctive 1970's architecture feature behind the fence and must be viewed if mundane houses are wearing you down.

From early sunrise colours to night time city lights, ever changing views feature from multiple rooms and balconies. Harbour conditions are in plain sight too, helpful for deciding whether to head down to the water.
