Seniors ASAP Trust is a newly registered charitable trust that provides an intervention and education service that works to protect vulnerable older adults experiencing, or at risk of experiencing Elder Abuse and Neglect through providing advice, support, advocacy and action to protect their rights. All work is intervention focused.

They are launching their awareness campaign today - head on over to their Facebook to learn more about the work they are doing and please feel free to donate and share!

Our 2022 Adopt a Street event was another big success ♻️

Last week, all our offices around the country closed for business and we headed out to a local street, park or waterway to pick up rubbish and prevent it from going into our waterways.

🚮 2,887 litres of litter collected
📍 19 locations throughout New Zealand

More than 50 CBRE and TelferYoung from CBRE runners and walkers cast aside hideous weather to take part in the Auckland Marathon last Sunday. The Northland team were joined by participants from Auckland, Waikato, Rotorua and even one ring-in from the Gold Coast in Australia!

Craig Russell was among the team who travelled from the Northland TelferYoung from CBRE office, to complete his second half marathon and first in Auckland.

It wasn't without its challenges, though. He only made it to the start with minutes to spare - and thanks to hitchhiking and a hire scooter - due to event-related traffic.

Craig has raised more than $8,000 for the KidsCan Charitable Trust, smashing his target of $5,000 to be the top fundraiser for the charity and the fifth highest outright. What a spectacular effort!

The weather and some challenges getting to the start line led to some good tales in in the CBRE marquee post event and it was a good way to meet others – even if many did look like drowned rats.

Congrats to our team members Craig Russell, Mike Nyssen, Pauly Erceg, Talei Atwell and Sam Beazley for braving the rain and completing the course - well done guys!
