I had a great night at the Rural Support Trust - Te Tai Tokerau Community Dinner last night in Waipu. The team put on an excellent country BBQ complete with roast pork and apple sauce!

I gladly presented a cheque from Bayleys Whangarei and myself.

RST is an organisation, who does great work out in the community. Check them out - and if you live rurally, get involved with your local dinner!!

It’s that time of year again - the Kereru’s are getting into the berries! I just dropped this one to the good people at Maunu Bird Recovery Centre. The cages were all full of hungover wood pigeons. And the odd Kingfisher.

Thanks to the Bird Recovery volunteers who do an awesome job!
